Instructors:

Mark Quesada has been a disciplined and avid student and teacher of
the martial arts for over 25 years.  In addition to working with local
law enforcement and in community venues providing education on
self-defense, weaponless defense and arrest & control techniques, he
holds a 4th degree black belt in Goju Ryu Karate, 3rd degree black
belt in Seidoh Ryu (Japanese) Jujitsu and a purple belt in BJJ.   Mark
is currently completing his Bachelor’s degree at Fresno State and when
not working, studying, training, commuting or attending classes – he
attempts to catch up on much needed sleep.

Kayti Quesada has been a student and teacher in the martial arts for
over 25 years.  She has a passion for working with girls and women and
providing them the skills of self-defense, empowerment and physical
fitness.  She has a Master’s of Science in Health Science, is a
certified Yoga instructor, currently holds a black belt in Japanese
Jujitsu and a purple belt in BJJ.  Kayti enjoys the challenge that
training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu  provides for her.  In
addition, it is the best stress reduction therapy she has discovered.
